Ingredients for Russian Salaads

  • Peas (Boiled Salted)— ½ cup

  • Carrots (boiled, peeled & chopped) —½ cup
  • Potatoes (boiled, peeled &
  • chopped)— ½ cup
  • Spring onions (chopped) —½ cup
  • Cucumber (chopped)— ½ cup
  • Tomatoes (chopped)— ½ cup
  • Apple (chopped) —½ cup
  • Pineapple (chopped)— ½ cup
  • Cherries (deseeded) —½ cup
  • Mustard seeds powder— ½ tsp.
  • Castor sugar— ½ cup
  • White sauce —½ cup
  • Mayonnaise As required
  • Salt, White paper To taste

Prepare Russian Salaad

1. First of Boil carrots, peas & potatoes.
2. Peel carrots and potatoes and chop.
3. Chop cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions.
4. Add to a mixing bowl along with the rest ingredients .
5. Chop apple and pineapple. mix cherries, salt paper, mustard seeds powder
and castor sugar.
6. add white sauce and mayonnaise. Toss well and chill. Serve garnished.

serve with Qorma, Nihari, Biryani, Paya, and other spicy itmes

Macaroni chaat recipes

Macaroni(of desired shape) 200 gms.
Green peas(shelled) ½ cup
Mushroom(washed and
sliced)
5 nos.
Chat masala 2 tsps.
Lemon juice 2 tsps.
Seasame seeds 1½ tsps.
Cumin powder ½ tsp.
Garlic paste ¼ tsp.
Butter 2 tsps.
Salt and pepper to taste

1) Parboil the green peas with salt to taste, drain and keep aside to cool.
2) Boil the macaroni in plenty of water and oil till soft and done. Drain out the
water and add 1½ tsps. Butter and shake the macaroni till well coated with butter,
so that it does not stick to one other.
3) Heat ½ tsp. of butter on a tawaa (pan) and roast the sesame-seeds till light
brown. remove and keep aside.
4) add garlic paste, cumin seed, chat masaala, salt, pepper and lemon juice well.
Add mushroom, green peas and cooked macaroni. Stir well so that they get
evenly coated with the dressing.
5) Refrigerate for one hour at least.
6) Garnish with fried seasame seeds

Fruit Chaat for iftaar dinner

Ingredients of Fruit Chaat

  • Pinapple slices 5 nos.

  • Oranges 5 nos.
  • Papaya (cubed) 200 gms.
  • Apples (peeled cored & cubed)
  • 3 nos.
  • Green seedless grapes 1 cup
  • Sweet lime 3 nos.
  • Paneer (cubed) 150 gms.
  • Black seedless grapes ¼ cup
  • Cherries (sliced) 5 nos.
  • Chat masala 2 tsps.
  • Black salt A pinch
  • Sugar and salt to taste
  • Lemon juice (optional) 1tbsp.

How to make Fruitee Chaat
1.Cut the pineapple into fine cubes.

2.Clean and segment the oranges and sweet limes. Remove the seeds and the
skin of the segments.

3.Mix chat masala powder, black salt, sugar and lemon juice(optional)well.

4.mix all the fruits and paneer, except the cherries and black grapes, mix well.

5.Chill till serving time.

6.Serve garnished with cherries and black grapes.

Recipe of falooda drink
Milk —1 ¼ ltrs.
Sugar —4 tbsps.
Falouda seeds 100 gms.
Water —1 cup
Cornflour vermicelli(cooked) 1 cup
Red rose syrup —4 tbsps.
Almonds (soaked, peeled & chopped)
4 —tbsps.
Cream for topping
Crushed ice as per required

Preparation of Falouda recipe
1.– Soak in water the falouda seeds overnight.
2.–Boil the milk together with the sugar till slightly thick.
3.–Cool the milk and add the rose syrup along with the vermicelli, almonds, falouda seeds and crushed ice.
4.–Serve in glasses topped with cream.

Chicken cheese samoosa is a best rammdan-ul-mubarak dish, in the month of blessings ramzan we use samoosa in iftaar usually. So it is a very important  part of our iftaar dinner here is a recipe of chicken cheese samoosa try it and enjoy your fasting.

 Ingredients for chicken cheese  samoosachicken boiled ( shred ki hoi) 2 cups
spring onion square mein katee hoi 1 cup
capsicum square mein katee hoi 1 cup
cheddar cheese 2 cups
black pepper 1 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
oil for frying
samosa Patti 1 packet
maida 2 Tbsp
water thora sa

 Cooking Method for chicken cheese samoosa

 1-boil chicken and make slice
2-add cooking oil in saucepan keep on medium heat and  first add capsicum for fry

And then fry onion with salt and black paper, after fry keep it aside

3- take a bowl and add chicken, fried vegetables cheese and mix well

4- now take samosa tape Pati/wrapper and make a shape of samosa and put chicken      inside in samosa and close it by wet hand.

5- fry samosa in cooking oil till it golden brown  

6- serve with mint chatnee
